By shopping on our website, you agree to our Terms & Conditions as agreed at checkout which includes our policies.
Any returned items will be provided with Store Credit.

In order for us to be able to accept your return, it MUST meet the below requirements :
- The item is unworn and in original condition – NEW WITH TAGS
- The item has no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan).
Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Store Credit is for the item(s) only.

Please note items in certain categories are unable to be returned. Any items that are non-returnable have this stated in the item description. If we receive an item back that is listed as a non-returnable item it will be rejected & returned to the customer via second class signed for post.

We have a strict returns policy that must be followed. If the returned order does not meet the requirements above, the return will be denied and the goods returned to customer.
Sales items, undergarments & swimwear are NON-RETURNABLE.
All returns will be processed within 10 business days.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, we suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Elouise UK will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.
Store Credit will be provided in the form of a code sent to the email address provided at the time of the original order.

Returns attempted outside of our 14 day deadline will be denied and returned to customer at the cost of the customer.
Returns can be made from outside the UK however all custom charges/ shipping costs getting the return to us are down to the customer.
In the unlikely event of an item being damaged in transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt in order for us to open a claim with the carrier.

HALLOWEEN ORDERS
Any Halloween orders wanting to be returned will be provided with a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE. By purchasing online from our Halloween Collection you accept & agree to our Terms & Conditions which includes this Return's Policy.
