Please note: this is an approximate timescale and any delays that may occur during transit, are out of our control.

 

We ship orders every day Monday - Saturday, UK orders will arrive within 2-4 business days. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT counted as a business day. 

An email will be sent to you when your order is dispatched.

 

 

UK Next Working Day Delivery £6.99

Your item should arrive the next working day. You must order by 2PM to qualify for this service.

THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS & BANK HOLIDAYS. 

You’ll receive a tracking number upon dispatch. 

Orders are not dispatched over the weekend. Any orders placed with a next day label at the weekend will be posted on Monday to arrive the following day. 

The above info only applies assuming there are no bank holidays, if there is a bank holidays your parcel will arrive on the next available working day. 

We charge the customer for this service & this is the service we purchase on behalf of the customer. If for any reason the service is delayed (strike action etc) then the parcel will be delayed. This is out of our hands & we cannot issue any postage refunds for delayed parcels. 

 

 

 

Once dispatched your parcel with arrive within 5-7 business days. Tracking will be emailed to you once your order leaves us. 

Depending on the value of your order, your Elouise UK parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be.

Any orders returned to us due to unpaid custom charges will not be refunded their original delivery cost. 

 

Orders are posted via Royal Mail on a tracked service. Estimated delivery time 7–14 working days.
